I am a Functional Embodiment Guide, Mood Before Food Coach, and author with nearly three decades of experience in somatic practices, Ayurveda, and consciousness work.
My journey began not in a classroom, but through my own deep need for healing. From the Esalen Institute to the Dhyana Center, I’ve spent my life studying the intricate connection between our bodies, our emotions, and our potential.
I believe that your body is not a problem to be solved, but a wise guide waiting to be heard.
